Typographical Errors

In the event a Wild Legacy Farm product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Wild Legacy Farm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Wild Legacy Farm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wild Legacy Farm shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Duration; Termination

These terms and conditions apply to you upon your access to the site and/or the completion of the registration or purchase process. These terms and conditions, or any part thereof, may be terminated by Wild Legacy Farm without notice, at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyright, Trademarks, Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada, without regard to its choice of law provisions, and not by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 1980. You agree that jurisdiction and venue for any dispute directly or indirectly related to this site (including but not limited to, the purchase of Wild Legacy Farm products) shall be in the provincial courts of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Any legal action or claim you may have regarding the site (excluding claims for damaged/missing products in a shipment of products purchased from Wild Legacy Farm, or a shipment of products purchased from Wild Legacy Farm that was not received, situations clarified under a separate heading in these General Conditions) must be filed within one year after the claim or cause of action arises. The failure of Wild Legacy Farm to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nor shall the course of conduct between the parties or any trade practices modify any of these terms and conditions. Wild Legacy Farm may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice.

Use of the Site

Harassment in any form on the site, including by email, chat, or by the use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly prohibited. Impersonation, including that of an employee, host, or representative of Wild Legacy Farm or other members or visitors on the site, is prohibited.
